DANC 2550 - Dance for Fitness

The practical application of theories using a variety of dance genres to establish, and enhance overall fitness. Activities are intended to advance rhythm, agility, coordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness through dance technique. The course satisfies WMU Essential Studies – Level 2: Exploration and Discovery: Personal Wellness.
